The Kawana Forest Meeting Place is located within Kawana Forest at 60 Woodlands Boulevard, Meridan Plains. The venue consists of three meeting spaces of various sizes suitable for meetings, small seminars, training rooms, or for low physical activities like Yoga or Pilates. A fenced outdoor space and a forecourt are also attached to the building.
There are seven car spaces within the main driveway entrance, and additional off-street parking is available.
The venue is furnished with tables and chairs, a shared kitchen with upright stove, a fridge, microwave, urn, plus crockery and cutlery. A data projector and projection screen are situated in Meeting Space 2.
The meeting place is not a serviced venue and as such the setting of rooms, catering, and cleaning must be undertaken by the hirer.

The Kawana Forest Residents’ Association does not manage the Meeting Place, Suncare has the management rights.
